Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an Arches account or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Use. Arches is operated by Integer Innovative Solutions.

2. The service

Arches generates concept-level architectural material: façade and massing concepts, concept floor plans, sketch-to-render and photo restyling outputs, and sustainability pre-assessments. All outputs are conceptual studies intended to support a qualified architect or engineer.

3. Professional responsibility

Arches does not replace the architect. Outputs are not construction documents and are not certified for permitting, structural, code, safety or regulatory compliance. Sustainability scores are indicative pre-assessments and are not LEED, BREEAM or WELL certifications. Verification by a licensed professional remains the user's responsibility.

4. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Accounts may not be shared beyond the seat count included in your plan.

5. Acceptable use

You may not upload content you have no right to use, attempt to reverse engineer the platform, resell generation capacity, or use Arches to produce unlawful or infringing material.

6. Ownership

You retain rights to the inputs you upload. Subject to payment of applicable fees, you may use the generated outputs for your own commercial and professional purposes. The Arches platform, models, presets and brand remain the property of Integer Innovative Solutions.

7. Plans and fees

Paid plans are billed monthly in Saudi Riyals through Moyasar. Generation quotas reset each calendar month and unused generations do not carry over.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and generation results may vary between runs.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Integer Innovative Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: legal@integer.sa.
